Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Annual Subscriptions: Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for monthly plans, but you can cancel to prevent future charges
  • Service Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact support for a prorated refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Navigate to the Subscription section
  3. Click on "Request Refund" and provide a reason

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
